| the apartment is located within the urbanisation riviera del sol, 35 minutes drive from malaga airport, midway between the busy cosmopolitan town of marbella and the holiday resort of fuengirola. the urbanisation is much sought after for both holiday and residential accommodation by british tourists and ex-pats alike. in the centre of rivera del sol there is miraflores golf course with its own academy, there are many other quality golf courses in this area, such as la cala and cabopino.

| this luxury apartment is available for holiday rental all year round, and is located in a quiet and tranquil location in this urbanisation. the apartment benefits from an uninterrupted view of both the surrounding area and the mediterranean sea. on clear days the rock of gibraltar and the north african coast can be seen from the terrace. the complex has it's own adult and separate children's swimming pools. within the garden paddle tennis is also available. security is provided by locked gates for pedestrian access and drive-through automatic gates for vehicles, leading to a private parking area.

| the apartment is a duplex consisting of two floors. on the first floor there is a sun terrace, lounge with satellite television, dvd player, hi-fi complete with cd player. the dining area is separate to the main lounge leading off from an open plan, fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, etc. the second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. the master bedroom is fitted with a double bed and benefits from a sun terrace with panoramic coastal views. a modern secure safe is fitted in the master bedroom to contain all valuables such as passports, money, driving license etc, there is also a radio alarm clock and hairdryer for your convenience. the second bedroom contains two single beds and overlooks the pool and gardens. for your added safety, this apartment has smoke detectors through out.
for those that like to stay in touch with others on their holiday and who bring there own laptop, there is now wireless internet access available in this apartment.

| the price per night starts from £36 a night, dependant on the time of year. the quoted cost is for the apartment and does not reflect a cost per person. all linen and towels are provided, apart from beach towels. in order to maintain the very high standard of the fixtures and fittings within the apartment, it is not suitable for clients wishing to bring pets or children under six years of age. the maximum number of persons occupying the apartment is restricted to four. transfers to and from the airport can be arranged when booking, at minimal cost to the client.
